What is
Taekwon-Do?
ITF Taekwon-Do is the martial art of self defence. As well as being an effective
method for protecting yourself, it also has other benefits such as improving
your physical fitness, discipline – and simply having fun. ITF Taekwon-Do is
safe and easy for all ages, male and female. We have separate classes for adults
and children.
Why have a
beginners’ course?
Sometimes people feel a little uncomfortable turning up to a martial arts
school, even though they may have wanted to try something like this for a long
time. This beginners course will give you a chance to try it out with other
beginners, at any easy pace, before deciding if you want to continue.
